Online CBT Resources
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems by breaking them down into smaller parts and looking for practical ways to improve your state of mind on a daily basis.

Improve your digital skills with this hub which hosts a range of digital learning resources to guide and support you in online learning.
You can find support for anything, from creating a poster using Canva, to how to collaborate with other students online.
