Our work on the NSS now sits in a new unit within NUS called the Quality and Student Engagement Unit. As such we have modified the old NSS ambassador role to incorporate more work around increasing student engagement activities across the country. This is a great opportunity to work with other Students’ Unions in your region to support them in developing their work around the student voice, and applications are welcome from current students, sabbatical officers and new for 2012, Students’ Union staff.

Ambassadors will be able to claim expenses as well as receive payment for the completion of tasks (£50 per task). We expect that the role will take the equivalent time of 1-2 days per month.

Closing date is the 5^th October.  Successful applicants will be expected to attend a 2 day training course on the 18 and 19 October, 2012.
