Ta-dah! New website alert

We are delighted to announce that we have launched a bright and shiny new website.

Queen’s Students’ Union is run by you, for you. You decide what we do, when we do it, and where. We are also here to help you get stuck in, make friends, and have fun. We want to make sure that you have an absolutely awesome time at Queen’s.

So, we asked you to tell us what you thought about your Union and we listened to what you said, what you wanted, what you needed, what you liked, and what you didn’t, and we got stuck in.  We know you wanted a brand new website, so we worked really hard and made it bloomin’ brilliant, just for you.  

We’ve totally rewritten, recreated, and redesigned every single bit of it, and we truly hope you like it. We’ve thrown oodles of love, care, and attention on it.

We’ve ditched the big words and pointless jargon, and launched the wonderful world of ‘Bright Ideas’, so it’s even easier to get in the mix than ever before.

We also wanted to show you that your Students’ Union is jam-packed with goodies so, we filled it to the brim with useful information about what’s inside, the services we offer, and the craic you can have in your Union and at Queen’s.  Here’s just a little snippet of what’s on offer:

We have a free, independent, confidential, and non-judgmental Advice Centre which provides advice on loads of issues like money, education, accommodation, funding your course, and your health and wellbeing.

We have a wonderful Enterprise SU team. They can help you gain all the skills and experience you need to either land your dream job or even start your own business.

We have more Clubs & Societies than you could shake a stick at. Over 190 in fact.

You can grab a pint, a bite to eat, and a game of pool in The Speakeasy, shake your funky stuff to the tunes at Connected, or catch a gig in the Mandela Hall.

We also have a grocery shop, a book shop, a letting agent, a bank, an electrical shop, two coffee shops, a food court, a relax and study area, and loads of free meeting rooms.
