All you have to do is fill out the Nomination Form and Equality Monitoring Form and return to Dominic Doherty (his office is on the second floor - just take a left when you come up the stairs) or email a copy to d.t.doherty@qub.ac.uk by Wednesday 16 October, 5pm (Group B). It''s that easy!
