Queen's Students on their way to 'Ace the Case'

19 February 13

Four Queen’s students are on their way to Dublin this Thursday to take part in ‘Ace the Case’, a 2-day workshop designed and delivered by KPMG that is targeted towards first, second and third year commerce students with a long-term interest in pursuing a professional accounting designation, such as the CA or CPA. The workshop gives students an opportunity to improve their case-writing and analysis capabilities, as well as presentation skills. All are great assets that can be applied to achieving both academic and professional goals. Another great example of how Queen’s University students are maximising opportunities to boost their employability skills.

The team are looking forward to learning from some of the best, networking with participants from various universities and learning valuable skills to help them develop as professionals. Danielle McDowell said: “We are excited to take part in such a great opportunity and will be putting in a lot of hard work.”
