We are delighted to announce that Clubs & Societies can book a bar for FREE* in your Students’ Union and we offer free promotion across all our lovely marketing channels. All the cash from the ticket sales goes back into your pocket. Bingo!

We have four amazing entertainment venues - The Speakeasy, Bunatee, Bar Sub and finally, The Mandela Hall, a world class music and entertainment venue at the heart of your very own Students’ Union. We can host lots of different types of events from concerts, live music, and DJs to comedy gigs, quizzes, and club nights. There’s also tasty food, snooker and pool tables, and an outdoor roof terrace on offer for you and your members to enjoy. Also, we’re all ears if you have an idea for a bespoke event.

And that’s not all.

We can promote your event across all your Students’ Union’s marketing channels, just for you, for free. Here’s the deal.  We will:

• Feature your event in your Students’ Union:
  • Website ‘What’s On’ section
  • Student Stuff which hits over 22,500 students at Queen’s and alumni every week
  • Shout about it on the official Students’ Union Facebook and Twitter
  • Offer you a free stall in your Union foyer to help you sell your tickets
  • Offer you a free space in your Union to display any posters and flyers
